Free Venue Finding Service

Elevate offers a FREE event venue finding service for Queensland and Northern New South Wales events of all shapes and sizes.

If you are planning a conference or event and are too busy to contact venues to find their rates and availability, let us do the work for you, for free. We will save you time, frustration and the cost of communicating with the various venues during your selection process.

Once we know your event details, Elevate will:

• Identify and select the most appropriate venues in your location to suit your budget
• Check availability with each venue and receive proposals
• Provide you with a detailed comparison of the available properties, enabling you to compare costs and services
• Negotiate the rates on your behalf
• Organise site inspections if required (please note we have personally inspected all properties recommended)
• Upon confirmation of your preferred property, issue you with the event contract and conference manager at the property of your choice to confirm all event details.

We are also able to assist you in organising your team building activities, guest speakers, MCs, entertainers, trainers, off-site group activities, flights and transfers.
