Coffee Guru set to expand with new General Manager

One of Australia’s fastest growing coffee chains, Coffee Guru has committed to further expansion following the appointment of Daniel Gallo as General Manager (GM).

The former CEO and GM of ‘Degani Café’ and National Operations Manager of ‘The Coffee Club’, has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate and franchise businesses.

In his newly appointed role, Mr Gallo said he would focus on business development, operational excellence and brand strategy of the franchise which already has a presence in NSW and the ACT.

“I’m incredibly excited by the opportunity to join an Australian owned company and work towards the expansion of Coffee Guru,” Mr Gallo said.

“Coffee Guru began in 2002 and has been growing sustainably since this time, with our first locations still in operation today. I envisage continued growth into new markets with a wider menu choice, to compliment our market leading coffee.

"I am looking forward to driving the group's brand strategy and working with an already outstanding team of professionals. Coffee Guru holds our franchisee success at its heart and this culture will be preserved at our core, providing a fresh approach to franchising in this segment.”

Coffee Guru Owner and Director Dean Crowe said Mr Gallo brings a wealth of industry knowledge, which will help position Coffee Guru as the first choice for coffee lovers Australia wide.

“We are thrilled to welcome Mr Gallo to our team who has a natural ability to identify sustainable growth channels and drive profits through joint venture arrangements, equity considerations and territory agreements,” Mr Crowe said.

“Mr Gallo will undoubtedly be an invaluable asset as we seek to move forward and expand our business. There has never been a better time for new and existing franchise partners to be a part of the Coffee Guru brand.”
