HASSALLS MEGA CONSTRUCTON AUCTION HITS DALBY

HASSALLS MEGA CONSTRUCTON AUCTION HITS DALBY

Leading resource auctioneers Hassalls is preparing for a huge crowd at its mega on-site auction in Dalby from 9am on Saturday 24 September.

More than 650 lots including trucks, trailers, shipping containers, light commercial vehicles, whitegoods, miscellaneous scrap and much more will be auctioned off to Dalby locals on-site and live online via webcast.

Hassalls National Oil & Gas Manager Steven Wainhouse said that following a massive sale in Dalby in July, he was expecting an even bigger turnout from local farmers and small businesses this coming auction.

“Dalby is renowned as one of Queensland’s most productive farming regions so we’re expecting to see most of our construction lots sold into the local rural sector,” Mr Wainhouse said.

“The gear on offer is staggering, ranging from trailers and fuel pods to generators, PVC pipe, shipping containers, fencing and a whole lot more.”

“This auction will be one of the last chances for locals & national buyers alike to grab a bargain from assets left over from the construction phase of QLD’s largest LNG pipeline project”

Hassalls will be supporting Relay for Life through the auction, who will benefit from the catering proceeds on the day.

“Our auctions are a great opportunity for local community groups to raise funds for important causes. Relay for Life have catered for a few of our auctions now, which is good because there are always a few hundred hungry buyers to feed,” Mr Wainhouse said.
