No Pong is Australia’s fastest growing anti-odourant made from natural ingredients sustainably made and packaged. No Pong is an Australian start-up that is focused on providing a sustainable alternative for consumers and as a result has disrupted the deodorant and anti-perspirant industry.

In September 2019, No Pong appointed Elevate Communication to become their ongoing trusted PR partner. Since then, Elevate has worked closely with No Pong to execute their PR strategy as well as provide broader support on media training.

No Pong’s program includes:

  • Developing an editorial schedule to identify story opportunities and key dates
  • Drafting effective media releases to appeal to key media targets
  • Executing media campaigns involving media materials distribution and liaison with key media contacts
  • Facilitating interviews with key media contacts to strengthen relationships with national, lifestyle, and business media
  • Facilitating media training workshops for the No Pong team to ensure key message consistency and cohesion
  • Ongoing client liaison via email and phone calls as required
  • Client meetings as required
  • Manage media interviews including briefings
  • Conduct daily media monitoring of coverage received across print, online and broadcast media and distribute to nominated company contacts
  • Monitor media for reactive news opportunities to pitch and manage interviews with talent

Key Achievements to date:

  • Reached over 9,400,000 people across national, lifestyle and business media coverage
  • Secured over 10 media clips, with 7 linking back to the No Pong website, in a four-month period
  • Secured coverage on publications including WHO Online, Mamamia, New Idea, and Smartcompany
