Job Toolbox appointed Elevate to facilitate a full PR, Communication and Digital program for the launch of their new Australia wide career development workshop program. In preparation for the launch, Elevate assisted in establishing the Job Toolbox brand through three key approaches – editorial creation, social and digital media, and media relations.

Job Toolbox’s PR and Communication program includes:

  • Developing a PR and Communication strategy to ensure all activities are aligned to the business’ goals and objectives
  • Brand awareness placing Job Toolbox as thought leaders in the career development industry
  • Media liaison and drafting effective media releases to launch the Job Toolbox workshops to local, national and industry media
  • Media training with company spokespeople
  • Establishing social media accounts for Job Toolbox including Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Internal communication to engage stakeholders including workshop evaluation surveys, video testimonials and website copy
  • Drafting an original blog piece each month to be posted on the Job Toolbox social media accounts and website for search engine optimisation and brand credibility
  • Engaging with existing and potential Job Toolbox workshop attendees through regular monitoring and management of social media channels
  • Establishing effective Facebook and Google Adwords campaigns to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Monthly measurement and evaluation reports

ACHIEVEMENTS TO DATE:

  • Created the Job Toolbox brand identity for the Australia market
  • Developed strategic communication to establish Job Toolbox founder Andria Wyman-Clarke as an leader in the human resources and career development industry
  • Created materials for a workshop program including workbooks, Power Point presentations and success tracker folders
